滋补肝肾明目汤联合甲钴胺对青光眼眼压、视敏度的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察滋补肝肾明目汤联合甲钴胺对青光眼眼压、视敏度的影响。方法:选取80例符合纳入标准的青光眼患者,随机分为2组各40例,共80只眼。对照组口服甲钴胺,观察组口服滋补肝肾明目汤联合口服甲钴胺治疗。比较2组临床疗效、眼压、视敏度、视力、图形视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)振幅、P-VEP潜伏期,以及C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量。结果:最终纳入统计,观察组40例,40只眼;对照组38例,38只眼。与治疗前比较,2组治疗后眼压下降,视敏度、视力增高;观察组治疗后眼压低于同期对照组,视敏度、视力高于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗后hs-CRP及IL-6含量均下降,观察组hs-CRP及IL-6含量均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗后P-VEP振幅增加,P-VEP潜伏期缩短,观察组治疗后P-VEP振幅高于同期对照组,P-VEP潜伏期低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床疗效总有效率观察组95.00%,对照组80.00%,2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋补肝肾明目汤联合甲钴胺治疗青光眼,能改善眼压、视敏度、视力,降低炎性因子的含量,调节视神经传导功能。Objective:To observe the effect of Zibu Ganshen Mingmu tang combined with mecobalamin on intraocular pressure and visual acuity of glaucoma.Methods:A total of 80 patients with glaucoma who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.There were 80 eyes involved in the study.The control group was treated with mecobalamin,and the observation group was treated with Zibu Ganshen Mingmu tang combined with mecobalamin.The clinical effects,intraocular pressure,visual acuity,vison,amplitude of pattern visual evoked potential(PVEP),incubation period of P-VEP and the contents of C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were compared between the two groups.Results:In the end,a total of 40 cases(40 eyes)were included in the observation group,and 38cases(38 eyes)in the control group.After treatment,the intraocular pressure in the two groups was decreased when compared with that before treatment,and the visual acuity and vision were increased;after treatment,the intraocular pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at the same period,and the visual acuity and vision in the observation group were increased,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and IL-6in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above two levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the amplitude of P-VEP in the two groups was increased when compared with that before treatment,and the incubation period of P-VEP was shortened,and the amplitude of P-VEP in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group at the same period,and the incubation period of P-VEP was lower,differences being significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.00%in the observation group,and was 80.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Zibu Ganshen Mingmu tang combine
