摘  要:盾构施工中注浆是非常重要的一环,研究注浆对周围土体的影响规律有助于控制土体位移。分析了盾构隧道施工中整环注浆对地表位移的影响,用体积膨胀来模拟注浆效果,建立了4种注浆膨胀模型,基于随机介质理论推导了注浆环膨胀引起的土体位移计算公式;分析了不同隧道埋深、隧道半径、注浆长度和膨胀率对地表位移的影响。研究结果表明,4种整环注浆模型计算得到的横向地表位移曲线呈正态分布;浅埋隧道在进行盾构施工时穿越中心的地表位移明显,适当选取较小的注浆长度能够减小地表穿越中心点处的最大隆起值;当膨胀率在合理范围内,膨胀率越大,地表隆起越大,这与工程经验相符合,其中注浆率和修正系数K还与土质条件、盾构隧道半径等因素有关。Grouting is a very important part in shield construction. Studying the influence law of grouting on surrounding soil is helpful to control soil displacement. The influence of ring grouting on surface deformation in shield tunnel construction is analysed, which is simulated by the volume expansion method with four grouting expansion models. The calculation formula of soil displacement caused by grouting ring expansion is deduced based on random medium theory. The effects of different tunnel depth, tunnel radius, grouting length, and expansion rate on surface deformation are analysed. The results show that the transverse surface deformation curves calculated by the four models of whole ring grouting are roughly in the form of normal distribution.During shield construction of shallow buried tunnel, the surface deformation at the crossing center is obvious. Properly selecting a small grouting length can reduce the maximum uplift at the center of surface crossing. When the expansion rate is within a reasonable range, the greater the expansion rate, the greater the surface uplift, which is consistent with the engineering experience. The grouting rate and adjustment coefficient are also related to soil quality, shield tunnel radius, and other factors.
