摘 要:拖网渔船作业过程中由于波浪升沉力作用或渔船转向导致拖网曳纲张力不断变化,影响网口形状和捕捞效率,张力变化过大时会影响船舶及捕捞设备安全。基于电液控制技术设计了拖网绞车波浪补偿控制系统。渔船随着波浪上下起伏的情况下,系统通过调节拖网绞车液压马达高压口溢流压力,改变液压马达两油腔口压力差,实现对网具曳纲张力的闭环控制,保持拖网绞车曳纲张力恒定。通过系统设定拖网绞车安全张力控制拖网绞车收放曳纲,将网具保持在相对稳定的水深。并基于LABVIEW对补偿系统软件进行了设计,实现绞车张力控制系统的参数设置与控制管理。应用结果表明,系统根据拖曳海况能够有效调节曳纲张力大小,保持拖网曳纲张力控制在正常范围内,为渔船拖网作业提供安全保障。In the process of trawler operation,the tension of trawler warp changes continuously due to the action of wave heave force or the fishing vessel turning,which affects the shape of net mouth and fishing efficiency.If the tension changes too much,it will affect the safety of ship and fishing equipment.The wave compensation control system of trawl winch is designed based on electro-hydraulic control technology.As the fishing vessel fluctuated up and down with the waves,the wave compensation system adjusts the overflowing pressure of the high pressure port of the hydraulic motor and change the pressure difference between the two oil chambers of the hydraulic motor,so as to realize the closed loop control of the trawlwarp force and keep the warp force constant.The safety tension of the trawl winch is set by the compensation system to control retract and release of the warp and keep the net in a relatively stable water depth.The software of compensation system is designed based on LabVIEW to realize the parameter setting and control management of winch tension control system.The application results show that the system can effectively adjust the warp tension according to the sea conditions,keep the warp tension within normal range and provide safety guarantee for fishing vessel trawling.
