摘　　要：甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)的患病率逐年上升,探索新的生物标志物和治疗靶点具有重要意义。环状RNA (circRNA)具有闭环结构和高度稳定性,可以通过调控细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭和迁移等多种生物过程,在肿瘤的发生发展中起显著调控作用。该文就circRNA在PTC中的差异表达谱、生物学功能以及临床意义进行综述。The prevalence of thyroid papillary carcinoma(PTC) is increasing year by year. It is important to explore new biomarkers and therapeutic targets. Circular RNA(circRNA) has a closed-loop structure and high stability. It can play an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors by regulating various biological processes such as cell proliferation,apoptosis, invasion and migration. In this paper, the differential expression profile, biological function and clinical significance of circRNA in PTC are reviewed.
