摘 要:采用端羧基超支化聚酯G1.0和G2.0对环氧树脂进行改性,考察了其用量对改性体系交联度、体积收缩率、力学性能、热机械性能以及粘接性能的影响。同时选择最佳配方探索了其对汽车铜部件粘接的工艺条件。结果表明:添加G1.0和G2.0对环氧体系固化有明显的促进作用,G1.0改性体系交联度相对更高,G2.0改性体系收缩率相对较小。改性树脂体系的力学性能得到明显提高,而Tg有所下降,G2.0改性体系增韧效果更加明显。G1.0改性体系对铜粘接性能相对较好,200℃固化3min后剪切强度可达到18.33MPa。The epoxy resin modified with carboxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester(CHPB) G1.0 and G2.0 is prepared and the effects of CH-PB content on the crosslinking degree, volume shrinkage, mechanical property, thermo-mechanical property and bonding performance are studied.Meanwhile, the process conditions for the optimum adhesive for car copper fittings are explored. The research results show that G1.0 and G2.0 can promote the curing reaction of epoxy resin obviously. The G1.0 system obtains a higher crosslinking degree and the G2.0 system achieves a smaller volume shrinkage. The mechanical property of modified epoxy resin is significantly improved and its Tgslightly decreases. The G2.0 system has a relatively better toughening effect, while the G1.0 system has a higher bonding strength for copper because its lap shear strength is 18.33MPa after cur-ing at 200℃ for 3min.
