摘  要:针对矿井通风机不停风倒机系统进行研究,采用双机轮流工作的模式,通过控制风道中的百叶窗保持风速稳定,在此基础上分析了风阻与百叶窗叶片开合角度的关系;然后基于模糊控制原理,确立了模糊PID控制的工作流程,首先进行输入量的模糊化并制定模糊规则,然后进行模糊推理,实现PID参数自调整;最后完成仿真试验分析,证明了模糊PID控制的快速性、稳定性和准确性,并验证了模糊PID控制改造后的通风系统风速基本保持稳定,大大降低了事故风险。The system of mine ventilator is studied.The mode of double ventilator working in turn is adopted to keep the wind speed stable by controlling the shutter in the air duct.On this basis,the relationship between the wind resistance and the opening and closing angle of the shutter blade is analyzed.Then,based on the fuzzy control principle,the work flow of fuzzy PID control is established.Firstly,the input quantity is fuzzified and fuzzy rules are formulated,and then fuzzy reasoning is carried out to realize self-adjustment of PID parameters.Finally,the simulation analysis is completed,which proves the rapidity,stability and accuracy of fuzzy PID control,and verifies that the wind speed of the ventilation system after the modification of fuzzy PID control is basically stable,which greatly reduces the risk of accidents.
