摘  要:采用Moldflow软件对保险杠设置多个针阀式浇口,对各针阀式浇口开启时间进行优化,查看熔接痕、填充等值线等仿真结果,并将优化前后的仿真结果进行对比。结果表明:采用针阀式浇口,熔接痕数量极大减少,影响外观的熔接痕由11条降为3条;填充等值线疏密程度均匀,收缩率一致;翘曲变形量降低,最大翘曲变形量由12.56 mm降为9.87 mm;型腔压力和锁模力降低,最大锁模力由2500 t降为2200 t,优化效果明显。Moldflow software was used to set up multiple needle gates on the bumper,optimize the opening time of each gate,and check the simulation results such as weld lines and filling contour.By comparing the simulation results before and after optimization,as the needle gates are employed,it is found that the number of weld lines is greatly reduced and the number of weld lines affecting the appearance reduces from 11 to 3;the density of filling contour line is consistent,the shrinkage rate is consistent;the warpage deformation is reduced,and the maximum deformation value decreases from 12.56 mm to 9.87 mm;the cavity pressure and clamping force are reduced,the maximum clamping force decreases from 2500 t to 2200 t,presenting an successful optimization result.
