摘　　要：隐喻反映了人们的思维模式与认知方式,隐喻现象在法律英语中大量存在。文章以认知语言学隐喻观为理论框架,搜集部分法律英语词汇及语句作为语料,对其中的隐喻现象进行分析,以总结法律英语隐喻的几大类型,加深理解并启示创新。As the reflection of human thought patterns and tools for cognition, metaphors widely exist in legal English. With the frame of metaphor theory in cognitive linguistics, this paper conducts an analysis of the metaphors in those legal English vocabulary and texts collected, to get a deep insight into the typical types of metaphors in legal English, gaining a better understanding and inspiring innovation in creating legal English terms further.
