核桃举肢蛾幼虫、蛹和成虫的雌雄形态识别

摘　　要：为快速准确鉴定核桃举肢蛾不同发育阶段的个体性别,以核桃举肢蛾(Atrijuglans hetaohei Yang)幼虫、蛹、成虫为研究对象,利用肉眼及光学体视显微镜观察其形态学特征,并结合相关文献,鉴别不同时期核桃举肢蛾的性别。结果为雄幼虫腹部背面有紫褐色肾形斑,与相邻体节形成明显的区别;雄蛹前期、中期腹部背面第5节有深褐色斑点,第9腹节腹面有一端纵裂缝,两侧各有一瘤状突起;雌蛹腹部背面无此特征,第8~9节腹节腹面有一纵裂缝,两侧无瘤状突起;雄成虫触角羽状,腹部末端略尖,呈钳状;雌成虫触角线状,腹部末端钝圆,呈圆筒状。Combined with relevant literatures to identify the sex of different stages, we used naked eye and stereo light microscope to observe the morphological of larva, pupa and adult of Atrijuglans hetaohei.The results showed that the male larva had purplish-brown kidney spot from back view of the 5 th abdominal segment, which was obviously different from the adjacent body segment.But the female didn’t have.The male pupa had dark brown on the 5 th abdominal segment in the early and middle stages.The 9 th abdominal segment was bisected with a short slit, with a lump on each side.But the female pupa didn’t have. In the female pupa, the segment of the end abdomen was obviously visible.From 8 th to 9 th abdominal segment were bisected with a slit which has no protuberance on its sides.The male adult had pinnate antenna and forceps abdominal end which are a little pointed.The female adult had line antenna and cylindrical abdominal end which are blunt circle.The results provide an accurate and quick method for identifying the sex of different developmental stages of A.hetaohei.
