摘　　要：目的分析比较两种不同方法制作术中快速冰冻切片,旨在提高冰冻切片质量和缩短切片时间。方法通过预先在冰冻切片的组织样品托上加入包埋剂,制作出一层“冰垫”。收集术中送检新鲜手术标本,对比观察有无使用“冰垫”对切片时间和切片质量的影响。结果与无“冰垫”法相比,有“冰垫”法的切片时间大大缩短,冰晶形成、组织裂隙情况明显改善,且切片染色优良率显著提高。结论使用“冰垫”可大大缩短冰冻制片时间和提高冰冻切片的质量。Objective To compare two methods of rapid frozen section during operation,therefore to improve the frozen section quality and shorten the section time.Methods“Ice pad”is designed by adding a layer of freezing embedding agent over the sample holder in advance.Specimens were collected from intra-operative biopsy,and the effect of using the“ice pad”on section time and quality was evaluated.Results Compared with the procedure without an“ice pad”,the“ice pad”-equipped procedure greatly shortened the section time,attenuated the ice crystal formation and tissue fissure,and produced frozen sections with a higher excellent staining rate.Conclusion Using an“ice pad”can significantly shorten the time and improve the quality of frozen section.
