摘 要:自2007年首次发现氢气(hydrogen,H_(2))具有生物医学效能以来,H_(2)逐渐成为生命科学的研究热点。迄今已在包括缺血-再灌注损伤(ischemia-reperfusion injury,IRI)在内的170多种疾病模型和人类疾病中观察到H_(2)的有益作用。IRI可以发生在心、肺、肝、肾等多种器官,现仍无十分有效的防治方法,其机理也未完全阐明。本文将对H_(2)防治IRI及防治机制的近期研究做一综述,旨在为相关研究提供参考。Since the discovery that hydrogen(H_(2))possesses biomedical efficacy was first reported in 2007,H_(2) has gradually become a research hotspot in life sciences.So far,the beneficial effects of H_(2) have been observed in more than 170 disease models and human diseases including ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI).IRI can occur in many organs,such as heart,lung,liver,kidney,etc.There is still almost no effective prevention and treatment method,and its mechanism has not been fully elucidated.In this article,recent research of hydrogen in the prevention and treatment of ischemia/reperfusion injury and its mechanism has been reviewed in order to provide a reference for relevant research.
