终身教育背景下成人自我导向学习模式构建

摘　　要：构建惠及全民的终身教育体系是实现从人口大国向人力资源强国转变的重要战略考量。在倡导终身教育的大环境下,学习者的学习方式发生转变,知识获取方式和传授方式、教和学的关系正在发生深刻变革,时空的灵活性、知识的丰富性、教与学的交互性都得到了前所未有的发展。构建成人教育的自我导向学习模式,对建成服务全民终身学习的现代教育体系和加快建设学习型社会具有重要意义。Building a lifelong education system that benefits the whole people is an important strategic consideration to realize the transformation from a country with a large population to a country with strong human resources.In the context of advocating lifelong education,learners’learning styles have changed,knowledge acquisition methods and teaching methods,and the relationship between teaching and learning are undergoing profound changes.The flexibility of time and space,the richness of knowledge,and the interaction between teaching and learning have all achieved unprecedented development.It is of great significance to construct the self-directed learning mode of adult education to build a modern education system serving lifelong learning of all people and to speed up the construction of a learning society.
