摘　　要：为进一步促进科普社会化机制的完善,构建大科学观下的大科普格局,提升全民科学素质、弘扬科学精神,适应我国加快建设创新型国家和实现创新发展要求,并以法律形式落实“把科学普及放在与科技创新同等重要的位置”的两翼思想,基于跨学科的理论视角,采用定量研究与定性研究相结合的方法,对《科普法》执行情况的现状展开调研,通过文本分析、问卷调查和专家访谈等形式,系统梳理了《科普法》实施成效及存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出《科普法》修订的理念和原则性建议,以期为新时代科普高质量发展提供理论依据和实证支撑。This study aims to further promote the improvement of socialization mechanism of science popularization;to establish the pattern of science popularization under the big view of science,to improve the civil scientific literacy and promote the scientific spirit,as well as to fit in with the accelerated innovative development in China,and implement the two-wing idea of “science popularization plays the equally important role with technological innovation” in the form of law.Based on the interdisciplinary theoretical perspectives,by adopting the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research methods,this study investigated the current state implementation of the science popularization Law in China.Through data analysis,questionnaire and expert interviews,we systematically sorted out the outstanding achievement and main problems in the implementation of the Science Popularization Law,and further put forward,the concept and principle suggestions for the revision of the Science Popularization Law in order to provide theoretical basis and empirical support for the high-quality development of popular science in the new era.
