摘 要:有砟轨道清筛作业会破坏原有道床的密实状态,影响行车安全。为分析道床清筛后不同大型养路机械组合作业模式对道床稳定性的影响,本文针对重载铁路清筛后三捣三稳及四捣三稳两种作业模式,开展了清筛作业前后道床横向阻力测试及轨道静态沉降监测,并对无缝线路稳定性进行了建模分析。结果表明:重车线、空车线清筛后四捣三稳作业后道床横向阻力分别为三捣三稳作业的86.41%、88.65%;趋于稳定后的轨道静态沉降分别比三捣三稳作业大1.5、1.0 mm;重车线、空车线四捣三稳作业容许温升分别为三捣三稳作业的88.37%、91.67%;大型养路机械清筛后再进行三捣三稳作业后的道床质量优于四捣三稳作业,建议重载铁路清筛后按照三捣三稳进行恢复作业。Ballast bed cleaning will disturb its original state,which will affect the train safety. In order to analyze the influence of operation mode of different large maintenance machinery on the stability of ballast bed after ballast bed cleaning,based on 3 tamping + 3 stabilizing and 4 tamping + 3 stabilizing tamping modes,the author carried out the test of monitoring the transverse resistance of ballast bed and static settlement of track before and after ballast bed cleaning,and established a model to analyze the stability of seamless line. The result shows that the lateral resistance of the ballast bed after 4 tamming + 3 stabilizing mode of heavy and empty lines after ballast bed cleaning is 86.41% and88.65% of that of 3 tamming + 3 stabilizing mode respectively. The static settlement of track after stabilization is 1.5 mm and 1.0 mm more than that of 3 tamming + 3 stabilizing mode respectively. The allowable temperature rise of heavy and empty lines under 4 tamping + 3 stabilizing mode is 88.37% and 91.67% respectively of that of 3 tamping + 3 stabilizing mode. The quality state of ballast bed after 3 tamping + 3 stabilizing mode is better than 4 tamping + 3 stabilizing mode. It is suggested to carry out ballast bed state recovery operation according to 3 tamping + 3 stabilizing mode after ballast bed cleaning of heavy haul railway.
