摘 要:试验旨在探讨在饲料中加入海藻粉和干蚯蚓对淘汰蛋鸡蛋品质、肉品质以及肠道菌群结构的影响。通过改变淘汰蛋鸡的饲料结构,以提高养殖户的经济收益。试验选取540只已淘汰芦花鸡,分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡。第1~3组为笼养,4~6组为林地散养;第1组为对照组,提供基础日粮、充足饮水;第2、3组为试验组,饲料中分别添加5%干蚯蚓和5%海藻粉,充足饮水;第4、5、6组所提供日粮分别与1、2、3组日粮相同。试验结果表明:日粮中添加5%干蚯蚓,在笼养条件下,蛋壳强度、蛋黄颜色和滴水损失分别显著提高了10.9%、4.59%和13.19%(P<0.05),在散养条件下分别显著提高了11.75%、5.97%和17.04%(P<0.05);添加5%海藻粉,在笼养条件下,蛋白高度、哈氏单位、滴水损失和肠道内乳酸菌含量分别显著提高了4.96%、4.29%、14.58%和4.84%(P<0.05);散养条件下分别显著提高了4.19%、3.46%、15.56%和2.26%(P<0.05)。林地散养相比笼养,蛋白高度、哈氏单位、肉色L*、肉色b*、滴水损失和肠道内乳酸菌含量均显著提升。This experiment was condu ct ed to investigate the effects of adding dry earthworm and seaweed on improving egg quality,meat quality and intestinal microflora of eliminated laying hens.By changing the feed structure of eliminated laying hens,the economic income of farmers was improved.This experiment selected 540 eliminated luhua laying hens,divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates per group and 30 chickens per replicate.Groups 1~3 were cage reared,and groups 4~6 were forest free-range reared,The first group was the control group,provided with basic diet and adequate water.Groups 2 and 3 were experimental groups,fed with 5%dry earthworm and 5%seaweed powder,respectively,and enough water.Groups 4,5 and 6 were provided with the same diet as groups 1,2 and 3,respectively.The results showed that the eggshell strength,yolk color and drip loss of 5%dry earthworms group were significantly increased by 10.9%,9.45%and13.19%(P<0.05)in cage condition,and by 11.75%,8.45%and 17.04%(P<0.05)in free range condition,respectively.Adding 5%seaweed powder significantly increased protein height,Haelloy unit,drip loss and intestinal Lactobacillus content by 4.96%,4.29%,14.58%and 4.84%(P<0.05),respectively.Significantly increased by 4.19%,3.46%,15.56%and 2.26%under free range condition(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with cage rearing,forest free-range rearing significantly increased protein height,Hastelloy unit,meat color L*,meat color b*,drip loss and intestinal Lactobacillus content.
