摘　　要：目的调查护理本科高年级女生的安全套使用自我效能,并分析影响因素,为提高安全套使用自我效能提供依据。方法采用便利取样法,选取2020年12月太原市某大学全日制本科护理专业201名女大学生中的60名大三、大四学生作为研究对象,进行匿名问卷调查。统计基线资料、艾滋病知识、安全套使用态度、安全套正确使用知识和安全套使用自我效能问卷结果,分析安全套使用自我效能的影响因素。结果安全套使用自我效能得分为(54.75±12.40)分(95%CI:47.52~56.40)。艾滋病知识、安全套正确使用知识及安全套使用态度与安全套使用自我效能均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。安全套正确使用知识和安全套使用态度是影响安全套使用自我效能的预测因子(P<0.05),可以解释安全套使用自我效能总变异97.3%。结论护理本科高年级女生的安全套使用自我效能处于中等水平,安全套正确使用知识和安全套使用态度是安全套使用自我效能的影响因素。Objective To investigate the condom use self-efficacy among senior female nursing students and analyze the influencing factors, in order to provide a basis for improving their condom use self-efficacy. Methods Accroding to convenient sampling method, 60 senior female students from 201 female college students majoring in full-time undergraduate nursing of a university in Taiyuan from December 2020 were selected as the research objects for anonymous questionnaire survey. The baseline data, acquired immunodeficiercy syndrome(AIDS) knowledge, condom use attitude, condom correct use knowledge and condom use self-efficacy questionnaire results were collected, in order to analyze the influencing factors of condom use self-efficacy. Results The condom use self-efficacy score was(54.75±12.40)(95%CI:47.52-56.40). AIDS knowledge, condom correct use knowledge and condom use attitude were significantly positively correlated with condom use self-efficacy(P<0.05).Correct condom use knowledge and condom use attitude were predictors of condom use self-efficacy(P<0.05), which could explain 97.3% of the total variance in condom use self-efficacy. Conclusions The condom use self-efficacy among senior female nursing students is at intermediate level. The correct condom use knowledge and condom use attitude are the influencing factors of condom use self-efficacy.
