摘  要:目的探讨360°评估法在临床一线护士绩效考核方案中的应用。方法选取2019年8月—2022年2月南京中医药大学附属中西医结合医院在职的临床护士103名,采用360°评估法开展评价,比较103名临床护士在实施360°评估法绩效考核前后,护理人员的临床工作能力、护理质量、护士满意度及患者满意度。结果实施360°反馈评价绩效考核后护理人员临床工作能力,护理质量都有明显提高,增加了管理的透明度,达到护理目标有效管理的效果。结论360°评估法在临床一线护士绩效考核方案中的应用可以充分体现护士分层级管理,明显调动护士的工作积极性,稳定护理团队,有效降低护理人员的离职率,显著提高护理工作的质量,起到良好的管理导向性,有利于医院的可持续发展。Objective To explore the application of 360°assessment method in clinical front-line nurses performance assessment scheme.Methods A total of 103 clinical nurses serving in Affiliated Hospital of Inteyrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Nanjing Vniversily of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to February 2022 were selected,and the evaluation was carried out using the 360°evaluation method.The clinical work ability,nursing quality,nurse satisfaction and patient satisfaction of 103 clinical nurses before and after the implementation of the 360°evaluation method were compared.Results After implementing the 360°feedback evaluation performance assessment,the nursing staff's clinical work ability and nursing quality were significantly improved,the transparency of management was increased,and the effect of effective management of nursing goals was achieved.Conclusion The application of the 360°evaluation method in the clinical front-line nurse performance assessment scheme can fully reflect the hierarchical management of nurses,significantly mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses,stabilize the nursing team,effectively reduce the turnover rate of nursing staff,and significantly improve the quality of nursing work,which plays a good management orientation,is conducive to the sustainable development of the hospital.
