摘 要:目的护理绩效考核在内科护理管理中的效果分析。方法选取2020年5月—2021年5月于宣恩县人民医院内科工作的30名护理人员作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将护理人员分为观察组和对照组,每组15名,对照组未采用护理绩效考核,观察组应用护理绩效考核。对比两组工作效果。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护患纠纷发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作成绩评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护理绩效考核方式运用到护理管理中,能够有效提高护理人员的护理质量,提高护理人员的护理满意率,值得在临床中广泛应用和推广。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing performance assessment in internal medicine nursing management.Methods Selected 30 nurses who worked in the internal medicine department of Xuan'en County People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 as the research objects,according to the random number table method,the nurses were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 15 in each group.The control group did not use nursing performance assessment,while the observation group used nursing performance assessment.Compared the performance of the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of disputes between nurses and patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the work performance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the nursing performance appraisal method to nursing management can effectively improve the nursing quality of nursing staff and improve the nursing satisfaction rate of nursing staff,which is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical practice.
