摘 要:利用杏鲍菇菌渣作为猪肚菇的栽培原料,采用混料试验设计方案及回归统计分析相关因素影响力和交互作用,以产量最大值为响应确定最佳配方。结果表明,杏鲍菇菌渣是猪肚菇较好的栽培原料,可以通过添加棉籽壳、麦皮和豆粕实现增产效果;猪肚菇最佳的生产配方为杏鲍菇菌渣45%、棉籽壳15%、木屑10%、麦皮23%、玉米粉5%、豆粕2%。The residue of Pleurotus eryngii was used as the raw material for the cultivation of Panus giganteus,the influence and interaction of related factors were analyzed by using the mixture experiment design scheme and regression statistics,and the best formula was found in response to the maximum yield.The results showed that the residue of P.eryngii was a good material for the cultivation of P.giganteus.Cotton husk,wheat husk and soybean meal could increase the yield of P.giganteus.The optimal production formula of P.giganteus was 45%P.eryngii residue,15%cotton shell,10%sawdust wheat,23%peel,5%corn meal and 2%soybean meal.
