摘  要:目的调查分析卫生检验与检疫专业本科生的实验室安全意识,为学校加强实验室安全的教学及管理工作提供建议。方法采用完全随机抽样与分层抽样相结合的方法对某医科大学该专业131名学生进行问卷调查,分析调查对象的实验室安全意识及行为特征,以及影响其行为态度的因素。结果该专业学生在实验室中不规范行为屡次发生,被调查者的实验态度处于被动状态。年级性别、自我安全意识评估、实验室规章制度的了解是调查对象实验室安全行为态度的可能影响因素。结论应积极采取多种方式深入开展卫生检验与检疫专业本科生的实验室安全教育培训和行为干预,进而促进相关素养的形成。Objective To investigate and analyze the laboratory safety awareness of undergraduates majoring in Health Inspection and Quarantine, and to provide suggestions for strengthening the teaching and management of laboratory safety.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 131 students majoring in Health Inspection and Quarantine in a medical university by using complete random sampling and stratified sampling,to analyze the students’ laboratory safety awareness and behavioral characteristics,as well as the factors influencing their behavioral attitudes. Results The students majoring in Health Inspection and Quarantine had irregular behaviors in the laboratory,and their experimental attitude was in a passive state.Grade,gender,self-safety awareness assessment and understanding of laboratory regulations were the possible influencing factors of laboratory safety behavior and attitude of the respondents. Conclusion It is necessary to take a variety of ways to deeply carry out the education training and behavioral intervention in laboratory safety for undergraduates majoring in Health Inspection and Quarantine,and to promote the formation of relevant literacy.
