摘  要:当前焦炉燃烧室测温方式主要为人工定期采集,工作环境恶劣且数据准确性受操作熟练度影响。为此,针对山西太钢不锈钢股份有限公司7.63米焦炉的实际操作情况,制造了焦炉燃烧室测温车,并以PC为上位机,PLC为下位对其设计了控制系统。上位机与下位机通过DTU并利用4G信号进行实时通信,上位机设定工作方式及工作时段,监视测量数据和测温车状态,下位机控制测温车各部件动作。测温车控制系统实现了在燃烧室气体换向周期20分钟内采集直行71个燃烧室的温度信息,能在误差1mm以内准确定位。At present,the temperature measurement method of coke oven combustion chamber is mainly manual periodic collection,and the working environment is bad and the data accuracy is affected by the operation proficiency.Therefore,according to the actual operation situation of the 7.63 meters coke oven in Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd,a temperature measuring vehicle for coke oven combustion chamber is made,and the control system is designedwhich PC taken as upper machine and PLC taken as lower machineThe upper computer and the lower computer communicate in real time through 4G signals by DTUs.The upper computer sets the working mode and working time,monitors the collected data and the state of the vehicle,and the lower computer controls the movement of each component.The temperature measuring vehicle control system can collect the temperature information of 71 straight combustion chambers within 20 minutes of the gas commutation cycle of the combustion chamber,and can accurately locate within 1mm of the error.
