摘　　要：近年来,河北省通用航空行业稳步增长,专业技术人员储备已不能满足需求。本文根据统计数据,对未来三年内的通用航空器维修人才需求进行了预测,并提出了高职院校的培养对策。In recent years,the general aviation industry in Hebei province has seen a steady growth.However,the reserve of professional and technical personnel can not meet the increasing need.Based on the statistics,this paper forecasts the demand for general aircraft maintenance talents in the coming three years,and puts forward the training countermeasures for higher vocational colleges.
