摘 要:壳聚糖通过羧化、胺化及磺化反应,制备改性壳聚糖(AMC),考察其抗高温、抗盐降滤失性能及抑制防塌性能。结果表明,150℃高温老化16 h,1.5%改性壳聚糖对淡水浆、盐水浆、饱和盐水浆、复合盐水浆的滤失量降低率均>85%;对钙土浆相对抑制率达96.15%,页岩膨胀高度降低率达67.75%;EC_(50)值为524600 mg/L。改性壳聚糖表现出优异的抗高温、抗盐降滤失效果及抑制防塌效果,适用于高温地层、盐膏层等复杂地层。Modified chitosan(AMC)was prepared from chitosan by carboxylation,amination and sulfonation,and its high temperature resistance,salt resistance,filtration reduction and anti-collapse properties were investigated.The results showed that the filtration reduction rate of 1.5%modified chitosan for fresh water based slurry,salt water based slurry,saturated salt water based slurry and composite salt water based slurry were more than 85%after aging at 150℃for 16 h;The relative inhibition rate of modified chitosan to bentonite slurry is 96.15%,and the reduction rate of shale swelling height is 67.75%;The EC_(50) value is 524600 mg/L.The modified chitosan products show excellent high temperature resistance,salt resistance,filtration reduction and wellbore stability effect.It is suitable for high temperature formation,salt gypsum formation and other complex formations.
