摘　　要：唱好杭甬“双城记”是习近平总书记对浙江省和杭州、宁波两市提出的殷切期望。本文认为,唱好杭甬“双城记”需要把握六个关键问题:一是深化杭甬双城经济圈的定位研究,打造“具有国际数智化创新竞争力的全球门户区域”;二是协同推进宁波舟山港和杭州空港“双门户”建设;三是分工合作协力培育杭州全球数字经济创新中心和宁波国家智能制造创新中心;四是统筹建设杭绍甬产业创新带;五是创新完善宁波市计划单列体制;六是强化杭甬之间的人文交流,以增进两地文化认同。promoting Hangzhou-Ningbo’s“A Tale of Two Cities”is the earnest expectation put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping for Zhejiang Province,Hangzhou and Ningbo.This article believes that to promote Hangzhou-Ningbo’s“A Tale of Two Cities”well,six key issues need to be grasped:the first is to deepen the research on the positioning of the Hangzhou-Ningbo Two Cities’economic circle,and create a“global gateway region with international digital and intelligent innovation competitiveness”;the second is to coordinate the construction of Ningbo Zhoushan Port and Hangzhou Airport“Dual Portal”;the third is to work together to cultivate Hangzhou Global Digital Economy Innovation Center and Ningbo National Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Center;the fourth is to coordinate the construction of the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Ningbo Industrial Innovation Belt;The fifth is to innovate and improve Ningbo’s separate planning system;the sixth is to strengthen people-to-people exchanges between Hangzhou and Ningbo to enhance the cultural identity of the two places.
