摘  要:为探讨虾青素(Astaxanthin)对不同体色大鳞副泥鳅(Paramisgurnus dabryanus)生长、饲料利用、体色及相关基因表达的影响,采用2×2试验设计,配制等能(17.7 MJ/kg)、等氮(35.7%)且虾青素添加量分别为0 mg/kg和150 mg/kg的试验饲料,以初始体质量为(11.0±0.7)g的黑褐色和金黄色大鳞副泥鳅为试验对象,分为4组:Ⅰ组(黑褐色大鳞副泥鳅,虾青素添加量为0 mg/kg)、Ⅱ组(黑褐色大鳞副泥鳅,虾青素添加量为150 mg/kg)、Ⅲ组(金黄色大鳞副泥鳅,虾青素添加量为0 mg/kg)、Ⅳ组(金黄色大鳞副泥鳅,虾青素添加量为150 mg/kg),每组3次重复,每次重复50尾,分别投喂2种试验饲料,养殖周期为60 d。结果显示,饲料中添加虾青素对不同体色大鳞副泥鳅平均增重率(WG)、特定生长率(SGR)、饲料效率(FE)和蛋白质效率(PER)均有显著性影响,其中Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组的WG、SGR、FE和PER均显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05),而Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组之间的WG、SGR、FE和PER均差异不显著。饲料中添加虾青素对不同体色大鳞副泥鳅皮肤组织中的类胡萝卜素含量和黑色素含量均有显著性影响,其中Ⅳ组的类胡萝卜素含量最高,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);而黑色素含量与之相反,Ⅳ组黑色素含量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。饲料中添加虾青素对不同体色大鳞副泥鳅皮肤和肌肉组织中SOX10和MITF基因表达量均有显著性影响,Ⅳ组的皮肤和肌肉组织中SOX10和MITF的mRNA表达量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),同时各组SOX10在肌肉组织中的mRNA表达量均显著低于皮肤组织的表达量(P<0.05),MITF在肌肉组织中的mRNA表达量则均显著高于皮肤组织的表达量(P<0.05)。体色与虾青素二者交互作用对2种体色大鳞副泥鳅的生长、皮肤组织中黑色素含量、皮肤和肌肉组织中SOX10和MITF基因表达量均无显著性影响,对皮肤组织中类胡萝卜素含量有显著性影响(P<0.05)。结果表明:虾青素添加组(1To investigate the effects of astaxanthin on growth,feed utilization,skin color and related gene expression of Paramisgurnus dabryanus,2×2 experimental design was adopted.The experimental feeds with equal energy(17.7 MJ/kg),equal nitrogen(35.7%)and different levels of astaxanthin(0,150 mg/kg) were prepared.Black brown and golden Paramisgurnus dabryanus with an initial body mass(11±0.70)g were divided into four groups:group I(black brown×0 mg/kg),groupⅡ(black brown×150 mg/kg),groupⅢ(golden×0 mg/kg)and groupⅣ(golden×150 mg/kg),3 replicates per group and 50 Paramisgurnus dabryanus per replicate.The two experimental diets were fed for 60days.The results showed that the dietary astaxanthin level had significant effects on the average weight gain(WG),specific growth rate(SGR),feed efficiency(FE)and protein efficiency ratio(PER)of Paramisgurnus dabryanus with different skin colors.WG,SGR,FE and PER of groupⅡand groupⅣwere significantly higher than those of groupⅠand groupⅢ(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in WG,SGR,FE and PER between groupⅠand groupⅢ,groupⅡand groupⅣ.The dietary astaxanthin level in the feed had significant effects on carotenoid and melanin content in the skin tissue of Paramisgurnus dabryanus with different skin colors,and the carotenoid content of groupⅣwas the highest,significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05);On the contrary,the melanin content of groupⅣwas significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05).The dietary astaxanthin level in the feed had significant effects on SOX10 and MITF gene mRNA expression in the skin and muscle tissue of Paramisgurnus dabryanus with different skin colors,and SOX10 and MITF gene mRNA expression in the skin and muscle tissue of group IV was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05);The mRNA expression of SOX10 in the muscle tissue was significantly lower than that in the skin tissue(P<0.05)and the mRNA expression of MITF in the muscle tissue was significantly higher than that in the skin ti
