尤瑞克林治疗动脉硬化性急性脑梗死的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨尤瑞克林治疗动脉硬化性急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选择2020年1月至2021年12月动脉硬化急性脑梗死患者100例,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组50例。两组采取抗血小板聚集、降脂、降压、降糖及康复治疗,对照组联合丁苯酞治疗,观察组联合尤瑞克林治疗。评估两组治疗效果,另外对比治疗前后神经功能、日常生活能力、屏气指数(BHI)、脑血管储备能力(CVR)、不良反应。结果两组治疗总有效率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分及日常生活能力(Barthel)评分显著优于治疗前(P<0.05),两组患者NIHSS及Barthel评分比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后BHI和CVR值均较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后BHI和CVR值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中均未发生不良反应。结论尤瑞克林与丁苯酞在治疗急性脑梗死方面均具有较高治疗效果及安全性,尤瑞克林更有助于改善患者脑动脉血流速率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ureklin on atherosclerotic acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with arteriosclerosis and acute cerebral infarction from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with50 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with anti-platelet aggregation,lipid-lowering,antihypertensive,hypoglycemic and rehabilitation treatment,the control group was treated with butylphthalide,and the observation group was treated with uricline.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated,and the neurological function,daily living ability,breath-holding index(BHI),cerebrovascular reserve(CVR),and adverse reactions were also compared before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of NIHSS and Barthel in the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The BHI and CVR values of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),the values of BHI and CVR in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusions Both uricline and butylphthalide have high efficacy and safety in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and uricline is more helpful to improve the cerebral arterial blood flow rate of patients.
