不锈钢结扎丝和弹力结扎圈应用于口腔正畸中的效果对比

摘　　要：目的观察比较不锈钢结扎丝和弹力结扎圈应用于口腔正畸中的效果。方法抽取2018年11月至2020年10月于郑州市第三人民医院行口腔正畸治疗的患者182例,按随机数字表法分为不锈钢组与弹力组,每组91例。不锈钢组使用不锈钢结扎丝固定治疗,弹力组使用弹力结扎圈固定治疗。比较两组治疗效果、口腔舒适度、结扎和拆除时间、矫正后口腔微生态环境及矫正满意度。结果不锈钢组总有效率(97.80%,89/91)高于弹力组(79.12%,72/91),P<0.05;不锈钢组口腔舒适度(35.16%,32/91)高于弹力组(13.19%,12/91),P<0.05;不锈钢组结扎和拆除时间长于弹力组(P<0.05);矫正后,不锈钢组口腔细菌检出率(7.69%,7/91)低于弹力组(31.87%,29/91),P<0.05。不锈钢组矫正满意度(98.90%,90/91)高于弹力组(79.12%,72/91),P<0.05。结论与弹力结扎圈相比,不锈钢结扎丝固定应用于口腔牙齿矫正中治疗效果突出,能改善患者口腔微生态环境,提高口腔舒适度和满意度,但结扎及拆除用时较长,临床可依据实际情况合理选择固定治疗方式。Objective To observe and compare the effect of stainless steel ligation wire and elastic ligation ring in oral orthodontics.Methods A total of 182 patients who underwent oral orthodontics in Zhengzhou Third People’s Hospital from November 2018 to October 2020 were taken as the research subjectives,and the patients were divided into stainless steel group and elastic group by random number table method,with 91 cases in each group.The stainless steel group was treated by stainless steel ligature wire,and the elastic group was treated by elastic ligature ring.The treatment effect,oral comfort,ligation and removal time,oral microecological environment after correction,and correction satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the stainless steel group was 97.80%(89/91),higher than the 79.12%(72/91)of the elastic group(P<0.05).The oral comfort level of the stainless steel group(35.16%,32/91)was higher than that of the elastic group(13.19%,12/91),P<0.05.The ligation and dismantling time of the stainless steel group was longer than that of the elastic group(P<0.05).The detection rate of oral bacteria in the stainless steel group(7.69%,7/91)was lower than that in the elastic group(31.87%,29/91),P<0.05.The correction satisfaction of the stainless steel group was 98.90%(90/91),higher than the 79.12%(72/91)of the elastic group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the elastic ligation ring,the stainless steel ligation wire fixation has an outstanding therapeutic effect in oral orthodontics,it can improve the oral microecological environment of patients,and improve the oral comfort and satisfaction.However,ligation and removal take a long time,so clinical fixation can be reasonably selected according to the actual situation.
