聚乙烯醇联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析聚乙烯醇联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的临床效果。方法抽取2019年7月至2020年12月在济南市第二人民医院接受白内障手术治疗的126例患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组63例。两组均接受聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗,观察组另联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗。对比两组治疗前与治疗后7、14、21 d的角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIt)及治疗效果。结果治疗后7、14、21 d,观察组FL均小于对照组(P均<0.05),BUT、SIt均大于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗显效率(84.13%,53/63)高于对照组(66.67%,42/63),P<0.05。结论聚乙烯醇、双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合治疗白内障术后干眼症的效果显著,可明显改善患者的干眼症状,促进眼组织结构与功能的恢复。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of polyvinyl alcohol combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops in the treatment of xerophthalmia after cataract surgery.Methods A total of 126 patients treated in the Jinan Second People’s Hospital from July 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were treated with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops,and patients in the observation group were additionally treated with diclofenac sodium eye drops.The corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score,tear film rupture time(BUT),tear secretion test(SIt)and curative effect were compared between the two groups before treatment,7,14 and 21 days after treatment.Results The FL scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group 7,14 and 21 days after treatment(all P<0.05).BUT and SIt in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 7,14 and 21 days after treatment(all P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group(84.13%,53/63)was higher than that of the control group(66.67%,42/63),P<0.05.Conclusions Polyvinyl alcohol combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops is effective in the treatment of xerophthalmia after cataract surgery,which can significantly alleviate xerophthalmia,and improve the healthy levels of ocular structure and function.
