摘 要:为解决建筑结构顶层L型梁-柱边节点(简称L型节点)易发生剪切破坏的问题,提出一种高强螺栓-齿槽-灌浆套筒装配式组合节点(H-C-S节点),分别设计制作将H-C-S节点设置于梁端塑性铰区外、塑性铰区内的装配式L型节点试件LS1、LS2,塑性铰区外设置齿槽-灌浆套筒装配式组合节点(C-S)的装配式L型节点试件CJ1.开展了各试件的低周往复加载试验,分别从破坏形式、荷载-位移关系、耗能能力等方面对比分析了各试件的抗震性能.结果表明:与C-S节点相比,相同设置位置的H-C-S节点可以延缓装配式L型节点的接缝张合与刚度退化进程,提升装配式L型节点的峰值荷载与耗能能力,改善梁端纵筋与混凝土间的黏结性能;将H-C-S节点设置于梁端塑性铰区内会导致梁端塑性铰区上移,造成装配式L型节点的接缝与核心区出现较为严重的损坏,并加剧装配式L型节点的接缝张合与刚度退化进程,降低装配式L型节点的峰值荷载与耗能能力.将H-C-S节点设置于梁端塑性铰区外能够更好地实现"强节点、弱构件"的设计原则,并在最大程度上保证装配式结构的整体性.H-C-S节点可用于同类装配式L型梁-柱节点中.To avoid shear failure of top floor L-shaped beam-column edge joints(L-shaped joints),a high strength bolt(HSB)-cogging-grout sleeve composite joint(H-C-S joint)was proposed in this paper.First,two prefabricated L-shaped joint specimens with H-C-S joints(LS1,LS2)and one prefabricated L-shaped joint specimen with cogging-grout sleeve composite joint(C-S joint,CJ1)were designed and manufactured.The H-C-S joint of the LS1 was outside the plastic hinge area of the beam(the outside arrangement),while the H-C-S joint of the LS2 was inside the plastic hinge area of the beam(the inside arrangement).The arrangement of the C-S joint of the CJ1 was also the inside arrangement.Second,pseudo-static tests of these specimens were carried out.The seismic performance of prefabricated L-shaped joints was compared and analyzed through their failure modes,load-displacement relationships,and energy consumption capacities.Results show that compared with the C-S joint,the similar arranged H-C-S joints can delay the seam cracking and stiffness degradation process.The H-C-S joint can also increase the peak load,energy consumption capacity of prefabricated L-shaped joints,as well as improve the bonding performance between rebar and concrete.The outside arrangement of H-C-S joints causes the beam plastic hinge area moving up,and lead serious damage to the joint seam and core area.Moreover,the outside arrangement of H-C-S joints will aggravate joint seam cracking and stiffness degradation,as well as reduce the peak load and energy consumption capacity of prefabricated L-shaped joints.The outside arrangement of the H-C-S joint can better realize the design principle of"strong connection-weak connected member"and ensure the integrity of prefabricated structures to some extents.Thus,H-C-S joints can be applied to prefabricated L-shaped beam-column joints.
