定向火花塞侧电极角度对侧电极温度与耐久性及混合气燃烧延迟的影响研究

摘  要:缸内直喷技术虽然能使发动机性能进一步提高,但是由于火花塞侧电极在缸内角度的随机性,使得侧电极穴蚀的风险增加。为了寻求使侧电极耐久性优良的侧电极角度,分析了侧电极角度对侧电极表面温度、耐久性以及混合气燃烧延迟的影响,提出了定向火花塞的实现方案。研究结果表明:当侧电极角度为0°时,侧电极表面温度最低;当侧电极角度处于-45°~45°时,侧电极的耐久性优良,侧电极穴蚀风险小;当侧电极处于-90°及90°时,点火所需电离能量少,有利于点火能量释放,混合气燃烧延迟程度较低。同时,要实现定向火花塞,需要精确控制安装力矩、采用实心外垫圈、定位缸盖上火花塞安装孔螺纹起始点、控制侧电极相对螺纹起始点的位置。通过对侧电极角度的影响进行分析,为未来定向火花塞的应用提供了支持。Although the engine performance has been further improved due to the extensive application of gasoline direct injection, but the risk of cavitation erosion of lateral electrode is increased because of the randomness of angle of spark plug in cylinder. In order to find a lateral electrode angle with better durability, the influence of lateral electrode angle on temperature and durability of lateral electrode and combustion delay is analyzed. At the same time, the realization scheme of directional spark plug is put forward. The results show that the surface temperature of lateral electrode is the lowest when the lateral electrode is 0°;When it is in range of-45°~45°, the durability is excellent and risk of cavitation of lateral is small;When it is about ±90°, the ionization energy required for ignition is less, which is favorable to energy release, and the degree of the mixture combustion delay is low. At the same time, in order to realize the directional spark plug, it is necessary to accurately control the install torque, to use solid outer gasket, to locate the thread starting point of cylinder head plug mounting hole, and to control the position of lateral electrode to the starting point of thread. The analysis of the influence of the angle of lateral electrode provides a support for the application of directional spark plug in the future.
