摘 要:对车辆行驶中碰到减速带时悬架的运动特性进行了分析,提出影响整车纵向冲击舒适性的因素主要有2个方面,一方面是悬架上跳过程中在纵向产生的缩退量,另一方面是悬架在纵向产生的形变。前者属于悬架的运动学特性,后者属于悬架的弹性形变特性。为了研究悬架的运动特性和弹性形变对纵向冲击舒适性的影响,在ADAMS中搭建了仿真模型并进行了K&C仿真,得出悬架跳动过程中轮心纵向的缩退量主要跟悬架运动特性有关,而悬架受到纵向的冲击力时,轮心纵向的缩退量主要跟悬架的弹性形变有关。通过整车仿真,就悬架的运动特性和弹性形变对纵向冲击舒适性的影响进行了仿真对比。结果表明,悬架的弹性形变对纵向冲击舒适性的影响大于悬架的运动特性。This paper analyzes the motion characteristics of suspension when the vehicle encounters bumps, and points out that there are two main factors affecting the vehicle longitudinal impact comfort. On the one hand, it is related to the longitudinal retraction amount of suspension in the process of jumping up,on the other hand, it is related to the longitudinal deformation of suspension, and the former belongs to the kinematic characteristics of suspension, and the latter belongs to the elastic deformation characteristics of suspension. In order to study the influence of suspension motion characteristics and elastic deformation on longitudinal impact comfort, the simulation model is built in ADAMS and K & C simulation is carried out,the results show that the longitudinal retraction amount of wheel center is mainly related to the motion characteristics of suspension, and when subjected to longitudinal impact force, the longitudinal retraction amount of wheel center is mainly related to the elastic deformation of suspension. Finally, through vehicle simulation, the effects of suspension motion characteristics and elastic deformation on longitudinal impact comfort are compared. The results show that the influence of suspension elastic deformation on longitudinal impact comfort is greater than that of suspension motion characteristics.
