摘　　要：基于高速金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(metallic oxide semiconductor field effect transistor,MOSFET)设计了一款带输出监测的简单快速高压脉冲源,给出了设计参数和电路。该脉冲源驱动简单、体积小、输出幅度可由使用的高压电源调整、电流能达60 A及输出脉冲宽度和频率由输入信号确定。最小脉冲宽度为4.53 ns,250 V/30 A时,前沿为2.28 ns,后沿为3.34 ns,具有输出短路保护及电容、电感、负载调整能力,主要应用于高速成像的像增强器阴极快门。A fast high voltage pulse source with a function of monitoring output is designed based on high speed metallic oxide semiconductor field effect transistor(MOSFET).The design parameters and the circuit diagram are given.The pulse source has the advantages of simple driven,small volume,adjustable output amplitude,current up to 60 A,and output pulse width and frequency determined by input signal.The minimum pulse width is 4.53 ns,the fall edge time is 2.28 ns at 250 V/30 A,and the rise edge time is 3.34 ns.The high voltage pulse source has the ability of output short-circuit protection and capacitance,inductance,and load adjustment.It is mainly used in the cathode shutter of image intensifier for high speed imaging system.
