摘　　要：针对ICMOS相机固有模式噪声严重影响拍摄到的图像质量的问题,提出了一种去除ICMOS相机固有模式噪声的方法。将ICMOS相机每个像素点看作独立探测器,获得每个像素点的照射光强灰度曲线,再把ICMOS相机拍摄图像的每个像素点的灰度值与对应光强灰度曲线做插值计算,将灰度值转换为对应光强,从而消除传感器像素点放大器工作在不同放大倍数时造成的影响。结果表明,校正后图像灰度值的相对偏差均为10^(-3)量级,与校正前相比,至少小一个量级,校正后图像各处均匀性明显变好,图像质量得到明显改善,达到了去除固有模式噪声的目的。To improve the shooting image quality of ICMOS camera,a correction method to eliminate the affection of pattern noise of ICMOS camera is proposed.Each pixel of the ICMOS camera is regarded as an independent detector to obtain the exposure intensity-gray level curve of each pixel,and then the gray level of each pixel of the image taken by the ICMOS camera is interpolated with the corresponding light intensity gray curve to convert the gray level into the corresponding light intensity.Thus,the influence caused by different magnification of the sensor pixel amplifier is eliminated.The results show that the relative deviation of the gray level of the corrected image is on the order of 10^(-3),which is at least one order of magnitude smaller than that before correction,indicating that the uniformity of the corrected shooting image is significantly improved,and the purpose of removing the pattern noise of ICMOS camera is achieved.
