摘　　要：目的:构建基于加速康复外科理念的胃癌围手术期护理质量评价指标体系,为评价胃癌围手术期护理质量提供参考。方法:以Donabedian的三维质量结构模式为理论框架,在文献回顾、半结构式访谈基础上拟定指标体系初稿,采用德尔菲法进行两轮专家函询。结果:2轮函询问卷的有效回收率分别为92%、100%,专家权威系数(Cr)分别是0.866和0.874,肯德尔协调系数分别是0.367和0.416(P<0.01);各指标权重的一致性检验显示,变异系数(CV)<25%,说明一致性好。最终形成的指标体系包括3个一级指标、16个二级指标、33个三级指标。结论:构建基于加速康复外科理念的胃癌围手术期护理质量评价指标体系科学合理、贴近临床、有专病特色,能有效规范护士的行为,评价胃癌的围手术期护理质量。Objective:To construct an evaluation index system for perioperative nursing quality of gastric cancer based on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS),so as to provide reference for evaluating the perioperative nursing quality of gastric cancer.Methods:Based on the three-dimensional quality structure model, the first draft of the indicator system was drawn up on the basis of literature review and semi-structured interviews.The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert letter inquiries.Results:The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 92% and 100%,the expert authority coefficients(Cr) were 0.866 and 0.874 respectively, and the Kendall coordination coefficient were 0.367 and 0.416 respectively(P<0.01).The consistency test of each index weight showed that the coefficient of variation(CV) was <25%,indicating good consistency.The final index system formed included 3 first-level indicators, 16 second-level indicators, and 33 three-level indicators.Conclusions:The constructed evaluation index system for perioperative nursing quality of gastric cancer based on the concept of ERAS is scientific and reasonable, close to the clinic, and has special characteristics.It can effectively standardize the behavior of nurses and evaluate the perioperative nursing quality of gastric cancer.
