摘  要:为预测温差发电系统在农用运输车实际行驶工况下的瞬态输出响应,建立一种瞬态计算流体动力学(CFD)-热电耦合数值模型,求解得到温差发电系统在燃油经济性测试工况(HWFET)下的流热电多物理场瞬态仿真结果,同时搭建试验台架进行了测试研究.结果表明:温差发电系统的流热电多物理场分布受尾气温度和流量动态变化的综合影响均随工况时间发生动态变化,热惯性的存在会导致温差发电片的输出响应与尾气输入之间产生延迟;系统在HWFET工况下的平均输出功率和热电效率分别可达到26.808 W和2.966%;系统输出电压的模型结果与试验结果之间的平均误差仅为6.43%,验证了瞬态CFD-热电耦合模型的准确性.To predict the transient response of thermoelectric generator system for agricultural transport vehicles under the actual driving,a transient computational fluid dynamics(CFD)-thermoelectric coupling numerical model was developed.The flowthermoelectric field transient simulation results of thermoelectric generator system under highway fuel economy test(HWFET)cycle were obtained.Meanwhile,the test bench was built to conduct the experimental research.Results show that the flow-thermoelectric field distribution of thermoelectric generator system dynamically changes with time and influenced by the exhaust gas temperature and flowrate,and the thermal inertia may lead to a delay between the output response of thermoelectric generator and the input of exhaust gas.The system average output power and thermoelectric efficiency under the HWFET cycle can reach 26.808 W and 2.966%,respectively.In addition,the average error between model results and test results of the system output voltage is only 6.43%,verifying the accuracy of the transient CFD-thermoelectric coupling model.
