空间再造视野下“私藏公用”网格化建设研究——以长株潭城市群图书馆17个分馆为例

摘　　要：为满足社区读者就近享受公共图书馆服务的需求,提升公共文化服务体系的建设效能,针对公共图书馆在接受私人捐赠中存在的藏书量涨速快而馆藏空间不足的矛盾,以长株潭城市群图书馆为例,对其中部分社区分馆、家庭分馆的空间共享、接受赠书类型、激励捐赠与资源利用的制度建设情况进行实地调研。根据调研结果提出建议:公共图书馆应广泛宣扬“慈善”“感恩”“共享”理念,激励私人空间资源开放,让文献资源藏之于民,共创城乡文化融合的“私藏公用”网格化服务体系。In order to meet the needs of community readers to enjoy the services of public libraries nearby and improve the construction efficiency of public cultural service system, and in view of the contradiction between the rapid increase of book collection and the lack of collection space in public libraries accepting private donations, this paper makes a field investigation on the space sharing, types of donated books, system construction of incentive donation and resource utilization of some community branches and family branches with a case study of the libraries of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration.It is concluded that public libraries should widely publicize the concepts of “charity”,“gratitude” and “sharing”,encourage the opening of private space resources, let literature resources be stored in the people, and jointly create a “private collections for the public service” grid service system of urban and rural cultural integration.
