摘 要:在矿用自卸车线控化控制中,制动电液比例阀自身的响应时间是满足常规应用场景要求的,但由于实际压力的建立受到多种非线性因素的影响,导致比例阀动作到位后制动压力响应滞后。在以PLC为控制平台、电液比例阀为控制器件、制动器为执行机构的基础上,提出了压力前馈与PID复合应用的闭环控制技术,解决制动压力响应缓慢的问题。应用结果表明,系统压力输出达到了线控化控制的基本要求,证明了该控制方法的可行性。During the linear control process of the mining dump truck,the response duration of the braking electro-hydraulic proportional valve satisfies the requirements of conventional application scene,while due to the actual pressure establishment is subject to various nonlinear factors,the braking pressure responses lag after action of the proportional valve being in place.On the basis of the PLC being the control platform,the proportional valve being the control component and the brake being as the actuator,the closed-circuit control technology combing pressure feedforward with PID was proposed to solve the response lag of braking pressure.Application results showed the system pressure output reached the basic requirement of linear control,which indicated the feasibility of the control method.
