摘　　要：ICU护士作为直接照护危重患者的一线人员, 在临床抗菌药物管理实践中扮演着重要角色, 其参与抗菌药物管理的知识和态度直接影响抗菌药物管理行为的实施效果。本文综述了国内外ICU护士参与抗菌药物管理知信行的现状及影响因素, 并提出针对性的干预策略, 旨在促进我国医疗机构抗菌药物管理的可持续发展以及为相关研究和教育培训提供参考和依据。Intensive Care Unit(ICU)nurses,as the front-line personnel who directly care for critically ill patients,play an important role in clinical antimicrobial stewardship practice.Knowledge and attitudes of ICU nurses involved in antimicrobial stewardship directly affect the implementation effect of antimicrobial stewardship behavior.This paper reviews the current situation and influencing factors of ICU nurses'antimicrobial stewardship knowledge,attitude and practice at home and abroad,and proposes targeted intervention strategies,so as to provide reference and basis for promoting the sustainable development of antimicrobial stewardship in medical institutions in China,related research,education and training.
