摘　　要：“以政治建设统领党的建设”既是新时代党的建设总体布局的指导原则,也是战略部署。“以政治建设统领党的建设”是对马克思主义党建理论的重大创新,是理论逻辑、历史逻辑、实践逻辑和价值逻辑的辩证统一,有着特定的内涵要义和实践要求。在实现第二个百年奋斗目标的新征程上,我们要以政治建设为统领,从政治上加强党的思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、纪律建设、制度建设和反腐败斗争,把党的建设新的伟大工程推向前进。“Taking enhancing political building as the overarching principle in Party building for a new era”is not only the guiding principle of the general requirements for Party building in the new era, but also a strategic decision. The“overarching importance of political work in Party building”is a major innovation to the Marxist theory on Party building. On the new journey toward the second centenary goal, we must take enhancing the Party’s political building as the overarching principle, make all-round efforts to see the Party’s political building enhanced, its theory strengthened, its organizations consolidated, its conduct improved, its discipline enforced, its institution building reinforced and its combat against corruption stepped up, so as to advance the great project of Party building into full swing.
