李晶主任应用芪术萎胃方治疗气虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎经验撷要

摘　　要：近年来消化系统疾病的发病率不断攀升,而慢性萎缩性胃炎作为常见、多发的消化系统疾病,发病年龄早已不局限于高龄人群。青年群体患本病的概率逐年增多的研究层出不穷。本病有一定的癌变风险,中青年患者的远期癌变风险更高。中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切。李晶主任认为慢性萎缩性胃炎多属本虚标实,从气虚血瘀的角度认识本病,以益气活血,通降解毒为主要治法,在枳术丸基础上进行化裁,创制了治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎气虚血瘀型的临床效方——芪术萎胃方。现将李晶主任应用芪术萎胃方治疗气虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎的经验介绍如下。The incidence of digestive system diseases has been increasing in recent years.Chronic atrophic gastritis,as a common and multiple digestive disease,has not been confined to the elderly population.There are more and more studies on the increasing probability of young people suffering from this disease year by year.The disease has a certain risk of cancer ation,and the long-term cancer ation risk of young and middle-aged patients is higher.Traditional Chinese medicine has a definite effect on chronic atrophic gastritis.Director LI Jing believes that chronic atrophic gastritis mostly belongs to the syndrome of insufficient root and excessive symptoms.He understands the disease from the perspective of Qi(气)-deficiency and blood stasis,takes supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation,dredging collaterals and detoxifying as the main treatment method,makes a reduction based on Zhizhu Wan(枳术丸),and then creates a clinical effective prescription,the Qizhu Weiwei prescription(芪术萎胃方),for treating the Qi-deficiency and blood stasis type chronic atrophic gastritis.Now the experience of the director in treating chronic atrophic gastritis of the Qideficiency and blood stasis type with the Qizhu Weiwei prescription is introduced as follow.
