摘 要:目的:探讨成人睡眠时间与超重/肥胖的关系。方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法选取贵州省9204名年龄≥18岁的成人为研究对象,采用Logistic回归模型及限制性三次样条(RCS)分析睡眠时间与超重/肥胖的关系,采用分层分析探索影响睡眠时间与超重/肥胖关联的修饰因子。结果:1168人报告每日睡眠时间≤6 h,多变量调整模型显示,每日睡眠时间≤6 h的人超重风险为每日睡眠时间7 h的1.217倍,在男性及电子产品使用时间>5 h的人群中可以观察到显著的修饰效应。结论:睡眠时间短是超重的危险因素,尤其是男性、电子产品使用时间>5 h的人群超重风险更高。Objective:To explore relationship between adult sleep time and overweight/obesity.Methods:9204 adults whose age≥18 years old in Guizhou province were selected as research subjects by stratified multistage random sampling method.Relationship between adult sleep time and overweight/obesity was analysed by Logistic regression model and restricted cubic spline(RCS).Modification factor affected relationship between adult sleep time and overweight/obesity was explored by layered analysis.Results:1168 people reported daily sleep time≤6 h,and multi⁃variable adjustment models showed that overweight risk of people with daily sleep time≤6 h was 1.217 times than those with daily sleep time was 7 h,and significant modification effect could be observed in male and people whose use time of electronic products>5 h.Conclusions:The short sleep time is dangerous factors of overweight,especially in male and people whose use time of electronic products>5 h,the overweight risk is higher.
