阿立哌唑的药理作用及治疗精神分裂症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析阿立哌唑的药理作用,并对其治疗精神分裂症的疗效进行探究。方法本次试验研究对象的随机选取时间介于2019年1月至2020年1月,共包括86例在我院接受精神分裂症治疗的患者,根据随机数字表法完成患者的分组,其中,43例患者的治疗药物为利培酮,将其作为对比组,另外,43例患者的治疗药物为阿立哌唑,将其作为试验组。对比两组的治疗效果。结果试验组患者治疗后精神症状与对比组患者相比存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05);在治疗后睡眠质量、生活质量的比较上,试验组患者明显高于对比组患者,统计学差异显著(P<0.05);试验组患者与对比组患者相比,其不良反应发生率明显较低,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在为精神分裂症患者实施治疗服务的过程中,阿立哌唑发挥了较好的双向调节多巴胺能神经系统的作用,改善了患者的精神症状,提高了患者的睡眠和生活质量,恢复了患者的生理功能,同时,其可能导致患者出现的不良反应相对较少,具有显著的治疗效果与安全性,可以予以广泛的临床推广。Objective To analyze the pharmacological effects of aripiprazole and explore its therapeutic effect on schizophrenia.Methods The random selection time of the subjects in this experiment is from January 2019 to January 2020,including a total of 86 patients who received schizophrenia treatment in our hospital,and the patients were grouped according to the random number table method.Among them,the treatment drug of 43 patients was risperidone,which was used as the control group,and the treatment drug of 43 patients was aripiprazole,which was used as the experimental group.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results There was a statistically significant difference between the patients in the experimental group and the patients in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);in the comparison of sleep quality and quality of life after treatment,the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than the patients in the control group,statistics the difference was significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of implementing treatment services for patients with schizophrenia,aripiprazole played a good role in bidirectional regulation of dopaminergic nervous system,improved the patient’s mental symptoms,improved the patient’s sleep and quality of life,and recovered to improve the physiological function of the patient,at the same time,it may cause relatively few adverse reactions in the patient,and has significant therapeutic effect and safety,and can be widely clinically promoted.
