摘 要:近接工程建设荷载是指城市近接工程施工扰动对既有地下结构的附加荷载作用。该荷载作用可诱发既有地下结构损伤甚至破坏,威胁城市安全,但其发展规律尚不明确。明确该荷载作用需探明近接工程-地层-既有结构三者之间的动态耦合机制,尚缺乏行之有效的试验方法。文章提出一种近接工程建设荷载的数字孪生试验方法。该方法融合数字孪生技术和混合试验技术,克服了传统混合试验技术的数值模型保真性问题,实现了近接工程建设荷载的室内试验研究。此外,通过两个交互模块实现了施工现场物理空间、数字孪生体以及地层结构物理模型试验之间的数据交互,进而建立了数字孪生试验方法的系统架构。利用该系统架构开展工程案例分析,初步验证了其可行性。Construction load of adjacent works is the additional load imposed on existing underground structures due to the disturbance of the adjacent works construction.Such load may cause structural damages or even failure of existing underground structures,threatening the urban safety.However,it is still unclear how the construction load of adjacent works evolves.To probe this problem,it is required to uncover the coupling mechanism among the adjacent works,stratum,and existing structures,but an effective experimental method is still unavailable up to now.Hence,a digital twin-based experimental method was proposed for construction loads of adjacent works.In this method,the digital twin technology and hybrid simulation technology are combined to overcome the difficulty in fidelity of numerical model in traditional hybrid simulation technology,so that the laboratory investigation for the construction loads of adjacent works can be realized.Moreover,two interactive update modules were developed for data exchange among the physical space of the construction site,the digital twin,and the physical model test of stratum structure.Furthermore,a system architecture was established for the digital twin-based experimental method.With the proposed system architecture applied to the project cases,its feasibility is preliminarily validated.
