急性白血病患者骨髓象检验分型及血象比较研究

摘　　要：目的分析并比较急性白血病患者骨髓象检验分型以及血象检验结果.方法此次研究从2018年6月开始到2021年6月结束,共计抽取此时间范围内湖南省郴州市第一人民医院收治的急性白血病患者54例作为研究对象,并对其骨髓象检验分型以及血象检查结果进行回顾性分析.结果参与研究的54例病例中,有70.37%(38/54)的患者为急性骨髓性白血病(AML),其余的29.63%(16/54)为急性淋巴性白血病(ALL),在白血病分型中,L1、L2、M1、M2、M3患者的外周血Hb检测结果对比差异不明显(P>0.05),除M3型患者以外,其他类型白血病患者的PLT与WBC数量检测结果对比差异亦不明显(P>0.05),而M3型患者的PLT与WBC数量则明显低于其他类型(P<0.05).急性白血病患者的肝功能更易受到损伤.结论通过骨髓象可以明确急性白血病患者骨髓细胞的具体情况,通过骨髓象以及血象对比可以对急性白血病患者治疗方案的制定提供可靠的参考依据,临床应用价值较高.0bjective To analyze and compare the results of bone marrow examination and blood examination in patients with acute leukemia.Methods This study started from June 2018 and ended in June 2021.A total of 54 patients with acute leukemia who were admitted to our hospital within this time range were selected as the research subjects,and their bone marrow examination types and blood examination results were analyzed.Retrospective analysis.Results Among the 54 cases participating in the study,70.37%(38/54)of the patients were acute myeloid leukemia(AML),and the remaining 29.63%(16/54)were acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALI).There was no significant difference in the peripheral blood Hb detection results of L1,L2,M 1,M2,and M3 patients(P>0.05).Except for M3 type patients,the comparison of PLT and WBC numbers in patients with other types of leukemia was also not significant(P>0.05),while the number of PLT and WBC in M3 type patients was significantly lower than other types(P<0.05).Liver function in patients with acute leukemia is more susceptible to damage.Conclus ion The bone marrow imaging can clarify the specific conditions of the.bone marrow cells in patients with acute leukemia.The comparison of bone marrow imaging and blood images can provide a reliable reference for the formulation of treatment plans for patients with acute leukemia,and has.high clinical application value.
