摘 要:标准驱动已成为国际高等教育质量保障和高校教师专业发展的重要路径。爱尔兰教育部从个体发展、专业认同与价值观、专业交流与对话、专业知识与专业技能、专业信息技术能力五个维度共30条细则制定了高校教师专业发展标准,并明确了其专业学习类型与专业活动类型。爱尔兰高校教师专业发展标准框架作为统一指导性文件,顺应了当今社会对高等教育的新要求,并在爱尔兰国内高校中普遍实施,有利于提升本国高等教育和高校教师质量。通过系统研究爱尔兰高校教师专业发展标准,对于制定我国高校教师专业发展标准有一定的镜鉴。Standard-driven mode has become an important way for quality assurance of international higher education and professional development of university teachers.The Education Department of Ireland has formulated thirty regulations in professional development standards for university teachers from five dimensions such as individual development,professional identity and values,professional communication and dialogue,professional knowledge and skills,and professional information technology capacity,which thereafter defined the types of professional learning and professional activities.As a national guideline document,the standard framework for professional development of university teachers in Ireland conforms to the new requirements of higher education in society today and is widely implemented in all Irish universities,which is conducive to improving the quality of higher education and university teachers in Ireland.This study of the standards of professional development of university teachers in Ireland can certainly provide enlightenments for formulating the standards of professional development of college teachers in China.
