摘  要:真核细胞翻译起始因子4E2(eIF4E2)是真核细胞翻译起始因子(eIF4E)的同源物,是真核细胞特别是肿瘤细胞缺氧状态下,蛋白翻译的关键因子。eIF4E2对缺氧条件下,肿瘤细胞非典型的帽式翻译的调控,肿瘤细胞应对生存压力和微环境改变均具有重要的作用,eIF4E2在多种肿瘤细胞中异常表达,特别在肿瘤晚期的作用使eIF4E2成为研究热点。该文介绍了eIF4E2的结构、生理功能及缺氧期对肿瘤细胞蛋白翻译的调控,浅析了eIF4E2在肿瘤细胞进展中的潜在作用,为评估肿瘤转归,探寻肿瘤细胞与肿瘤微环境间的相互作用,发掘潜在的临床肿瘤治疗靶点提供理论依据。Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E2(eIF4E2),a homology of eukaryotic translation initiation factor(eIF4E),is a key factor in protein translation of eukaryotic cells,especially tumor cells under hypoxia.EIF4E2 plays an important role in the regulation of atypical cap translation of tumor cells under hypoxia,and in the response of tumor cells to survival stress and microenvironment changes.The abnormal expression of eIF4E2 in various tumor cells,especially its role in the late stage of tumor,has made eIF4E2 a research hotspot.By introducing the structure and physiological functions of eIF4E2 and the regulation of protein translation in tumor cells during hypoxia,this paper briefly analyzed the potential role of eIF4E2 in tumor cell progression,so as to lay a theoretical basis for evaluating tumor outcomes,exploring the interaction between tumor cells and tumor microenvironment,and exploring potential clinical tumor diagnosis and treatment targets.
