摘 要:目的:研究固定负荷形式预刺激后,在不同恢复时间点下后蹲动作对田径项目运动员冲刺和纵跳能力的影响,比较其对两种能力的影响程度。方法:招募10名男性运动训练专业大学生进行实验,采用1组3次×90%1RM后蹲动作作为进行PAP效应诱导的方式,测试PAP诱导前、后3min、6min、9min、12min下10米跑以及原地纵跳摸高的运动成绩,整理对应项目测试数据。结论:①成绩均先上升,在恢复9分钟时间点达到峰值,然后下降。②1组3次×90%1RM后蹲动作预刺激后,在短时间内,田径项目运动员的冲刺和纵跳能力均有提升,并且纵跳能力的提升好于冲刺能力。This paper presents a study of the effects of back squat at different recovery time points on the sprint and vertical jump abilities of track and field athletes after pre-stimulation in the form of a fixed load,and a comparison of the effect degree.METHODS:10 male college students majoring in sports training were recruited for the study.The subjects performed one set of three repetitions of back squat at 90%of 1 RM to elicit the PAP effect.Data of the performances of 10-meter runs separately at 3 min,6 min,9 min and 12 min before and after PAP elicitation,as well as vertical jump height,were recorded and sort out.CONCLUSIONs:(a)The performances of the two activities increased from the start to a peak at minute 9 after recovery and then went down.(b)after pre-stimulation by one set of three repetitions of back squat at 90%of 1 RM,the sprint and vertical jump abilities of track and field athletes have both improved in a short period of time.Moreover,the vertical jump ability improvement is proven higher than the sprint ability.
