摘 要:以κ-卡拉胶和魔芋胶为原料,通过温度变化制备不同比例的复合水凝胶,吸附水溶液中亚甲基蓝。并将其转化为切实可行的大学生实验项目。实验采用红外光谱法和电子扫描显微镜研究凝胶的组成和微观形貌。通过对水凝胶吸附亚甲基蓝的动力学特征研究,得到不同水凝胶的吸附速率等参数。溶液中亚甲基蓝与κ-卡拉胶相互作用形成堆叠结构,通过检测560 nm处吸收光谱峰的强弱分析堆叠结构的含量,进而表征不同组成凝胶在溶液中的稳定性。Composite hydrogels were prepared by changing the temperature with different proportions ofκ-carrageenan and konjac glucomannan as ingredient for the absorption of methylene blue in the aqueous solutions.This research was also transformed into a practical undergraduated experimental project.The composition and micromorphology of the gels were studied by IR and scanning electron microscopy.The adsorption rate of the gels were obtained based on the comprehensive analysis of the kinetics adsorption of methylene blue.Methylene blue interacted withκ-carrageenan and formed a stacked structure in solution,the content of which could be detected through the analysis of the intensity of the absorption peak at 560 nm,and the stability of gels with different compositions in solution could be characterized further.
