摘  要:该试验旨在研究饲粮添加叶黄素对犬血清生化指标、抗氧化能力和免疫性能的影响。选取成犬泰迪20只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.1%和0.3%、0.60%的叶黄素,试验期30 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加0.1%、0.3%叶黄素组,总抗氧化能力显著提高,超氧化物气化酶显著提高。饲粮添加叶黄素使犬血清免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白G水平显著升高,白细胞介素2水平显著降低(P<0.05)。饲粮中添加叶黄素可提高犬机体的抗氧化能力和免疫性能。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary lutein on serum biochemical indices,antioxidant capacity and immune performance of dogs.Twenty adult dog teddy were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 weights in each group.Broilers in control group were fed a basal diet,and those in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1%,0.3%and 0.60%lutein,respectively.The experiment lasted for 30 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the total antioxidant capacity and superoxide gasification enzyme were significantly increased in 0.1%and 0.3%lutein groups.2)Dietary lutein significantly increased the levels of immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin G in serum of dogs,and significantly decreased the level of interleukin 2(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary lutein can improve the antioxidant capacity and immune performance of dogs.
