摘　　要：目的:分析骨形态发生蛋白2(bone morphogenetic protein 2,BMP2)mRNA在脑胶质瘤中的表达及与生存期的关系。方法:收集中国胶质瘤基因组图谱(CGGA)数据库(www.CGGA.org.cn)中542例不同类型脑胶质瘤患者临床、病理、分子病理、总生存时间,比较BMP2 mRNA在不同类型脑胶质瘤患者中的表达,及与生存期关系。结果:脑胶质瘤患者BMP2 mRNA表达与性别无关(t=1.011,P=0.313);年轻患者较年老患者表达更高(t=4.324,P=0.000);少突胶质细胞瘤患者表达高于星形胶质细胞瘤患者,高于胶质母细胞瘤患者(F=123.569,P=0.000);WHO II、WHO III级患者表达高于WHO IV级患者(F=60.410,P=0.000)。IDH突变型患者表达高于IDH野生型患者(t=22.309,P=0.000)。1p/19q缺失患者表达高于1p/19q无缺失患者(t=14.933,P=0.000)。较低级别胶质瘤患者及胶质瘤母细胞瘤患者中IDH突变型患者BMP2 mRNA表达均高于IDH野生型患者(F=161.604,P=0.000)。脑胶质瘤BMP2 mRNA高表达者生存期长于低表达者(χ^(2)=78.334,P=0.000)。结论:脑胶质瘤恶性程度越低,BMP2 mRNA表达越高。BMP2 mRNA高表达者生存期更长。Objective:To analyze the expression of bone morphogenetic protein 2(BMP2)mRNA in gliomas and its relationship with survival time.Methods:The clinical,pathological,molecular pathology and total survival time of 542 patients with different types of gliomas were collected from Chinese glioma genomic map(CGGA)database(www.CGGA.org.cn).The expression of BMP2 mRNA in different types of gliomas and its relationship with survival time were compared.Results:Theexpression of BMP2 mRNA in glioma patients was not related to gender(t=1.011,P=0.313).The expression in young patients was higher than that in old patients(t=4.324,P=0.000),and the expression in oligodendroglioma patients was higher than that in astrocytoma patients and glioblastoma patients(F=123.569,P=0.000).WHO II and WHO III grade patients was higher than WHO IV grade patients(F=60.410,P=0.000).The expression of IDH mutant was higher than that of IDH wild type(t=22.309,P=0.000).The expression in patients with 1p/19q deletion was higher than that in patients without 1p/19q deletion(t=14.933,P=0.000).The expression of BMP2 mRNA in patients with IDH mutant was lower than that in patients with wild type IDH in patients with lower grade glioma and glioblastoma.The survival time of patients with high expression of BMP2 mRNA in gliomas was longer than that of patients with low expression(χ^(2)=78.334,P=0.000).Conclusion:The lower the malignant degree of glioma,the higher the expression of BMP2 mRNA.The patients with high expression of BMP2 mRNA had longer survival time.
